Shipping & returns
How orders ship from Poulsbo, WA, and what happens if something arrives damaged or you need to send it back. This is the policy that applies before you buy.
Shipping
- Orders usually ship within 5–7 business days from Poulsbo, WA, flat in rigid USPS mailers.
- Shipping is a flat $7.90 (USPS Ground Shipping) for US addresses.
- Most orders arrive about 8–12 business days after you order. That’s an estimate, not a guarantee.
- We ship to US addresses by default. International shipping is available on request. Email us before ordering so we can confirm rates and timing.
- Need it sooner? Leave a note at checkout or email us and we’ll say what’s realistic.
Damaged in shipping
If a print arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no charge.
Returns & refunds
- Change of mind. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund the purchase price (not original outbound shipping).
- Custom and signed items. Final sale; no returns or exchanges.
