By using this website (frankcharlton.work / fieldworkpnw.com), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site

This site is a portfolio and online store operated by Frank Charlton, doing business as Fieldwork PNW, from Poulsbo, Washington. The portfolio side showcases creative work. The store side sells physical prints and other goods.

Purchases

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Prices may change without notice, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Square. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through Square’s checkout.

Shipping

  • Prints ship flat in rigid mailers via USPS
  • Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping is a flat fee at checkout (see Shipping & returns)
  • We ship to US addresses; international shipping available on request

Returns and refunds

Full details are on our Shipping & returns page. In short:

  • Damaged items — Contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
  • Change of mind — Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility; we refund the purchase price (not original outbound shipping).
  • Custom/signed items — These are final sale and cannot be returned.

Our content

All photographs, text, design, and code on this site are owned by Frank Charlton unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your use

You’re welcome to share links to this site. If you’d like to feature a photograph in a publication or project, please reach out — we’re usually happy to work something out.

Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional emails about new prints, restocks, and events. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We won’t spam you.

Limitation of liability

This site and its contents are provided “as is.” We do our best to keep things accurate and running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that all information is perfectly current.

To the extent permitted by law, Frank Charlton / Fieldwork PNW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchases made through it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
